Daily inspection items
(1) Before the operation, please carry out the following inspections before the operation.
With or without contact parts
Check the detection sensitivity
Confirm the delivery of the good product, judge as [OK], and then deliver the non-conforming product
(2) Cleaning after finishing
Remove the conveyor belt and clean the front and back sides of the conveyor belt.
? The power plug must be unplugged when cleaning.
? A cleaning tool such as a soft plastic brush or cloth should be used. Never use metal brushes, etc.
? Clean with neutral detergent. Do not use thinners and organic solvents such as benzene.
The conveyor belt of the conveyor section can be attached and detached. To clean the back of the conveyor belt and the conveyor support plate, please remove them in the following order.
? Loosen the 4 screws on the outside of the body.
? Lift the belt conveyor up from the side of the driven shaft to loosen the motor-driven belt.
? Disconnect the drive belt (timing belt) from the motor pulley.
? After disengaging the drive belt, lift the belt conveying device upwards and disengage from the frame.
? Take out the belt conveying device from the side of the probe head. During the process of taking out, be careful not to damage the resin layer in the probe hole.
